Beka is a graduate of UCLA and a licensed California Real Estate Broker. She joined Pacific Professional in June 2012. She is the main point of contact for clients and handles the day-to-day operations of the team. She is responsible for the management and logistics of transactions, assisting clients during the transactions, and overseeing due diligence procedures.
From concept to completion, Beka assists practice sellers every step of the way. She helps prepare for the sale by developing an asking price, marketing the practice to a wide group of potential buyers, handling negotiations between the seller and buyer, and managing the escrow process. She is also available after the sale for post-closing assistance.
Beka screens all potential buyers before they learn the name of the seller and the practice. Furthermore, she provides the buyers with step-by-step assistance through each stage of the transition, including the acquisition of financing. For practices that are not listed with Pacific Professionals, she offers a “Buyer’s Agency” to assist the potential buyer during the practice acquisition.
