At Pacific Professionals, Inc., it is our number one priority to respect the privacy of our clients and never publicly disclose any type of information unless requested by the client.
All records of this office, as well as conversations between associates, broker and associates, and associates and parties to the transaction, are considered confidential. No files shall be removed from this office without the permission of the broker/client and no other information obtained while working for this company shall be used to the detriment of the broker.
All associates shall also be obligated to honor the confidential information of any client or non client party to any transaction, as designated in writing on an Agency Disclosure Forms or other documents. All documents containing a party’s confidential information shall be kept by the office manager in a special locked file to guard against any unauthorized sharing of this information. Access to this information shall be limited to the associate working with the party.
