We provide the buyer with step-by-step assistance through each level of the transition process including acquisition financing. In addition to performing market valuations for practice sales, we have broad experience in performing veterinary practice appraisals for specialized circumstances such as partnership mergers and dissolutions, buy-ins and buy-outs, divorce proceedings, condemnation proceedings, expert witness analysis and testimony. Our veterinary practice appraisal services are offered by Dr. Rick Wattles, who has been a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers for greater than 17 years.
